Just another weight-in!
It was a good day because I had already known I had made the 5% mark at the last weigh-in, but it is always nice when the scale keeps heading down. Wasn't as much a weight loss as past months, but as I get closer to my goal weight, I know it will begin to get more difficult. The plus is that I will now be able to workout at the YMCA, so I am hoping to visit at least 3x a week. But when to fit it in?
